West Kent Housing Association and London & Quadrant agree transfer of 77 homes in Tonbridge & Malling
West Kent and London & Quadrant (L&Q) have agreed a stock transfer of 77 homes in Tonbridge and Malling. The homes transferred are across a range of tenures including shared ownership, affordable rent, and freeholders.

The new £30m funding is part of the Affordable Homes Guarantee Scheme from Homes England and will support our ambitions to build more affordable homes across Kent in the coming years.

As part of our 35 years of West Kent campaign, we’re focusing on the support our teams have provided to our residents and communities. In 2021, we were proud to win the Tpas ‘Excellence in Tenant Communication Award’ for a co-creation project that saw residents shaping our new domestic abuse policy.

As part of our 35 years of West Kent campaign, we are celebrating different stories from our residents. Rodrick and Doreen are residents at White Oak Court. White Oak Court in Swanley has been a vital part of the community for over 30 years. Since 2018, it has provided housing with extra care services, currently supporting over 56 residents.
