Our mission is to create a prosperous, strong, and sustainable society; a place of opportunity for all, where people can plan for their futures across Kent. We have an exceptional reputation for providing quality homes and excellent community services across Kent, which we have developed over the last 35 years. We deliver on our promises, are committed to Kent and our communities and we want to do even more as we look ahead to the next decade.
Since 1989 we have been in business as an independent housing provider and are proud of the organisation we have become. From our G1/V2 regulatory ratings to our strong reputation amongst residents, partners and other stakeholders we are committed to putting residents at the heart of what we do.
As we celebrate our 35th year our founding ambitions remain as relevant today as it was back in 1989. Simply, we want to be the best in Kent.
Our ‘35 years of West Kent campaign’ will run over the course of our 35th year. Key to this campaign, will be 35 stories for 35 years, each showcasing a different part of our commitment to providing places to live and giving people space to grow. The stories will link back to one of our four themes: history and legacy, diversity, achievements, and innovation. Read these stories below.
