- You can still contact our team via phone for urgent repairs and emergency housing matters.
- Some online services and account updates may be temporarily unavailable.
- Rent payments made on Friday 19 June or over the weekend may not show on your account until Wednesday 24 June.
What you need to do
- If your enquiry is not urgent, please contact us from Monday 22 June.
- Don't worry if your rent account looks different - it will update by Wednesday 24 June.
- There may be a slight backlog in calls immediately after the system upgrade has completed on Monday 22 June, so please bear with us. If you can wait until another day to contact us, we would be very grateful.
