We’ve added a new page to our website to help you understand your electrical safety test and what to expect when we visit your home.

Every five years, we carry out an electrical safety test (EICR) to make sure your electrics are safe and meet current standards.

We’ve recently seen more missed appointments, where our engineers can’t get access when they arrive. These tests are a legal requirement, so it’s important we can complete them to keep you and your home safe.

Our new page answers common questions, explains why the test is important, and shares simple steps you can take to prepare for your appointment.

Taking a few minutes to read this information can help your appointment run smoothly and support us in keeping your home safe.
