Our community safety team has achieved brilliant results over the past year, leading to us being shortlisted for the Housing Provider of the Year award at The ASB Awards!

The ASB Awards, organised by Resolve ASB, recognises individuals, teams, and organisations that have demonstrated exceptional leadership and innovation in addressing anti-social behaviour (ASB).
A member of our community safety team is standing in front of a property that has received a Closure Order due to anti-social behaviour (ASB). Our staff member is standing next to a police officer and they are both looking directly into the camera.

Our community safety team's highlights from the past year include:

  • Securing four Closure Orders to stop persistent ASB.
  • Recovering 10 much-needed family homes through tenancy fraud investigations.
  • Stronger partnerships with Kent Police and local authorities.
  • Improved collaboration with our residents to shape ASB services around their feedback.
  • Training colleagues and contractors to spot early warning signs of ASB.

Congratulations to our community safety team for this well-deserved recognition and thank you for all your hard work!
