We’re proud to share the positive impact we’ve made this year as we continue to invest in our communities and build high quality, sustainable homes.

We delivered 180 new homes in 2024/25, including 69 shared ownership homes, generating £8m from first tranche sales. Customer satisfaction with new homes averaged at 4.94 out of 5.

All new homes built this year are rated EPC C and above, supporting our commitment to a more sustainable future.

We also reinvested £2.9m from void disposals into upgrading and improving the quality of existing homes.

Key achievements include:

Adam Jenner, our Head of Development said: “Our performance in 24/25 demonstrates the continuous improvements we’re making to deliver new homes, helping West Kent invest in a sustainable future while providing our residents with affordable living today”

In 2024/25, we exceeded our development ambitions and shaped the basis of a sustainability plan for new homes. We also reviewed our older persons’ accommodation and identified four priority schemes to take forward for options appraisals, while beginning early master planning for regeneration work in Swanley.

We’re committed to putting residents first and building for the future.
