We’re making great progress at Woodland Place, our new development in Allington, Maidstone.

We're pleased to share that construction is well underway with 92 of the 106 homes' timber frames erected. The site is really taking shape, and we are working towards delivery of these high-quality new homes featuring photovoltaic panels, electric vehicle charging and air source heat pumps.

The development will be a mix of affordable rent, social rent, and shared ownership homes, helping us meet local housing needs across Kent and supporting our commitment to providing homes and communities residents can be proud of.

But it’s not just about bricks and mortar. We’re also focused on building a strong, connected community from the very beginning. Our dedicated community development officer has now joined the team and is already working on plans to support new residents and help them feel at home from day one.

We’re excited to welcome our first residents and look forward to seeing Woodland Place become a vibrant neighbourhood.
