We’ve published our annual report and accounts for 2024/25 and it reflects a year of meaningful progress, shaped by our commitment to putting residents first.

Our focus has been on improving the quality, safety and sustainability of the homes people live in every day. From energy upgrades to community support, we’ve continued to invest in what matters most.

We’ve also helped thousands of residents through our community programmes, supporting people to stay in their homes, access opportunities, and manage the cost-of-living crisis.

While our priority remains investing in the quality of existing homes, we’ve also grown delivering new homes, and securing funding to support future development and regeneration.
