June 2023

Our new grounds maintenance provider, CGM is settling into their new contract. However, this means there will be some delay in planned work taking place as usual over the summer months.

Hedge cutting that usually takes place in July will now take place later in the year. All other work will commence in July, with the most urgent work being prioritised.

Charges for grounds maintenance cover various tasks that are carried out throughout the year and can vary with each season. We know some of our residents have been anticipating the completion of summer work and might feel disappointed this hasn’t been completed yet. However, we are committed to ensuring that all grounds maintenance tasks are carried out to the highest standards. To catch up on any work, we have allocated additional resources for the remainder of the year. This means that we will be able to complete all outstanding tasks and bring the grounds back to their expected level of excellence.

Some homeowners also pay a service charge for grounds maintenance work carried out by us. This is based on the actual cost of work, so the full cost will be reflected in the final accounts issued in September 2024.

We will update our website and other communication channels when we have an updated schedule of when work will take place going forward.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
