We are aware of the ongoing water outage currently affecting households in Tunbridge Wells, Canterbury and the surrounding areas. We understand the inconvenience a water outage can cause and appreciate that this is not the level of service you expect to receive.

Available support

South East Water is working to fix the issue. In the meantime, bottled water is available at the following collection points:

  • Tunbridge Wells Rugby Football Club, St. Marks Recreation Ground, Tunbridge Wells TN2 5LS
  • Headcorn Aerodrome, Headcorn Aerodrome, Shenley Rd, Ashford TN27 9HX.

If you are unable to collect water yourself, South East Water may be able to arrange delivery to your home. For support, please contact them directly on 0800 952 4000.

Progress continues at Mills Crescent

Work is continuing at Mills Crescent in Seal, where 13 new affordable homes for rent are being delivered to help meet local housing need.
