  • Shaping our professionalism survey

    We are currently consulting all residents on Shaping professionalism at West Kent. The intended purpose of this survey is for us to gain resident insight into your perceptions and experiences. 

    All responses are anonymous unless you choose to enter the prize draw where you could win a £25 Love2Shop voucher.

    There are eight questions and the survey should take around five minutes to complete. The survey deadline is Monday 6 April.

  • Scrutiny Panel reviews

    Our scrutiny panel carries out 3-4 reviews each year where they consider how we can deliver better service to our residents and discuss their findings. Their recommendations are then presented to the Board by members of the panel.
