    At West Kent, we are currently reviewing our Safeguarding policies for both adults and children.

    These are very important policies, and we want to make sure that they are easy to understand, whilst containing essential information about how we deal with safeguarding concerns.

  • Excellent Customer Services Strategy

    We’d like to request your feedback on our new Excellent Customer Services Strategy.

    This is a draft strategy that focuses on how we will improve our services to residents over the next three years; formulated using resident feedback from the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs), the transactional surveys that we carry out and complaints feedback, as well as looking at best practice across the housing sector.
