We asked the First Tier Tribunal for permission to not consult with residents for the renewal of our buildings insurance policy, as we usually would under Section 20 of the Act. This is called dispensation.
The hearing took place on 27 May 2025 and a decision to grant dispensation was made on 9 June 2025.
