    The ASB App is a tool you can download to your smart device that enables you to collect and submit noise recordings, diary sheets, videos, and photographs for us to review.

    If we decide to investigate your report of ASB, we’ll ask you to gather evidence.

    This is most likely to happen via the 'The ASB App' or an incident diary if you don’t have access to a smart device. 

    We will set up your account and invite you to use the ASB APP.

    How it works

    When you contact us, we'll set up a case and ask you to provide your evidence. You'll be prompted to register your ASB App account, and once done you will be able to upload your evidence to us.

    Once we’ve received your evidence, your case officer (Neighbourhood Housing Officer or Community Safety Officer) will review your evidence on a regular basis and will be in touch with you to discuss your report and agree any steps moving forward.   

    If you’re experiencing noise nuisance, you can also let your Environmental Health Team know through your Local Council.

    If we’ve asked you to submit evidence within an agreed timeframe and do not receive any evidence from you, we may be unable to investigate further. If this happens, we’ll let you know and deactivate your access, if you registered on The ASB App. You’ll need to restart the process with us to reinstate your access should the nuisance progress.
