We’re committed to making sure all residents can enjoy their home safely and peacefully, without experiencing anti-social behaviour (ASB).

If you feel we could do more to resolve your ASB report, please let us know. We’ll be happy to look into it further through our internal complaints process.

Alternatively, you can contact your Local Authority to request an ASB Case Review. This process allows them to assess how we’ve responded to your ASB reports.

To meet the threshold for an ASB Case Review, the following criteria must apply:

  • You’ve made three or more complaints to us within the last six months.
  • The ASB is persistent.
  • The behaviour has caused, or could cause, harm.
  • Our response to the behaviour has not been adequate.

The Local Authority sets the threshold and appoints a lead agency (usually the Council or Police) to manage the process. Please contact your Local Authority for further details.

You should only request an ASB Case Review if you’ve repeatedly reported ASB to us and feel that no action has been taken. This does not affect your right to use our internal complaints procedure, both processes can run at the same time.

We work closely with partner agencies, including the Police and local Councils, to address and resolve ASB, and we will fully engage with the ASB Case Review process.
