Proposed new homes at Harvest Way, Crockenhill

We’re excited to introduce a small but important housing project that will bring value to the local community; two fully affordable homes in Crockenhill, Swanley.

One will be a dormer bungalow, the other a single-storey bungalow, both carefully designed with comfort and sustainability in mind. Our goal is to create homes that are not only affordable, but also accessible to everyone.

We understand that housing affordability is a growing concern, and that's why these bungalows will both be at affordable rates, helping to provide quality homes for those who may be priced out of the market. Whether it's a first step on the housing ladder or a comfortable downsizing option, these homes will be available at below-market rates, in line with local housing needs.

We’ve been mindful of the character and scale of the surrounding area. The bungalows have been thoughtfully designed to blend in with nearby properties, using sympathetic materials and low-impact architecture to ensure they fit seamlessly into the existing streetscape.

The site itself has been chosen for its sustainability and accessibility. It’s well-located near public transport, local shops, and other essential services, which supports the principles of reducing car reliance and building walkable, connected neighbourhoods.
