We’re recruiting Resident Board Members to represent residents at Board level.
No previous Board experience required. No CV needed. You’ll receive full training, mentoring and support - and the commitment is flexible (approximately two days per month). Plus, you'll receive an annual fee of £7,878 and reasonable expenses.
As a Resident Board Member, you’ll:
- Represent West Kent residents at Board level
- Help shape services and influence decisions
- Share your lived experience and what matters to residents
- Ask questions and contribute to discussions
- Help ensure decisions are fair, transparent and resident-focused.
