We’re recruiting Resident Board Members to represent residents at Board level. 

No previous Board experience required. No CV needed. You’ll receive full training, mentoring and support - and the commitment is flexible (approximately two days per month). Plus, you'll receive an annual fee of £7,878 and reasonable expenses. 

As a Resident Board Member, you’ll:  

  • Represent West Kent residents at Board level
  • Help shape services and influence decisions
  • Share your lived experience and what matters to residents
  • Ask questions and contribute to discussions
  • Help ensure decisions are fair, transparent and resident-focused.
