Our responsibilities
- Investigate reports of ASB and crime.
- Work with police and local agencies to resolve issues.
- Take action against tenancy breaches linked to safety concerns.
- Support victims of harassment, hate crime or domestic abuse.
Your responsibilities
- Treat neighbours with respect.
- Report ASB, crime or safety concerns promptly.
- Do not engage in behaviour that causes nuisance or harm.
What we don’t tolerate
- Violence, threats or harassment.
- Hate crime or discriminatory behaviour.
- Drug dealing or criminal activity in our homes.

- Partnership working with police and safeguarding teams.
- Clear action plans for serious cases.
