Where scooters cannot be stored
- In hallways, stairwells or communal corridors.
- Anywhere that blocks fire exits or escape routes.
Charging safely
- Only use approved charging points.
- Never charge scooters in communal areas.
- Avoid trailing cables that could cause trips or hazards.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your scooter insured and maintained.
- Drive responsibly—do not damage property or endanger others.
- Report any faults or hazards immediately.
Safety first
- Scooters must not obstruct emergency access.
- We may ask you to remove a scooter if it breaches safety rules.
