It's important that you report damp and mould to us as soon as possible, so we can investigate the causes to effectively fix the problem.
Our damp, mould and condensation policy sets out how we will respond to reports of damp, mould, and
condensation within our homes.
This policy is currently under review to ensure West Kent meet all Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) Safety and Quality Standards along with all requirements of Awaab’s Law. We aim to finalise this new policy by the end of November 2025.
