Conditions
- You must be a West Kent tenant.
- Adaptations must be reasonable and practical for your home.
- We prioritise essential health and safety needs.
How to apply

- Provide supporting evidence (like an occupational therapist report).
- We’ll assess your request and confirm what we can do.
What we don’t cover
- Major structural changes without funding support.
- Adaptations that reduce property safety or value.
- Requests without clear medical or practical need.

- Complete approved adaptations as quickly as possible.
