  • To provide the best service for you, we have partnered with organisations across the county to provide food, medication and support parcels. This includes 25 referrals to food banks, 20 children’s Easter activity packs and 21 Soap & Glory kits donated by The Hygiene Bank for families in difficult situations.
  • Contractors are continuing to safely carry out emergency repairs and have now resumed external work.
  • Everyday staff at our older person schemes call each resident, checking that they’re ok.
  • Across the business staff have been making welfare calls to over 1000 older, vulnerable and shielding tenants.
  • woman typing on a laptopThe youth team delivered 47 virtual sessions for 257 young people in April including sewing, fitness and cooking.
  • Employment and training support is being delivered over the phone and online. 
  • With people being signposted to free online training and being given practical advice to help them get back into work.
  • To make sure that residents don’t fall behind on their rent, our income team has been working tirelessly to identify people at risk and create payment plans for them. They have processed over 260 new Universal Credit claims, three times more than any other two-month period.
