West Kent's Home Ownership team were recognised as a finalist for the 'Team of the Year Award - 1,000-15,000 homes', at this year's Housing Heroes Awards. The Home Ownership team leads the sale of shared ownership homes , including staircasing and re-sales, putting the needs of customers and residents at the heart of the service. 

The awards that took place last night in Manchester at the Housing 2025 Conference, celebrated the leaders, innovators and changemakers across the sector, championing the successes of women and shining a light on the incredible work carried out by teams and individuals in the past 12 months.

West Kent Housing Association announces CEO successor

Following the announcement in April that our CEO Tracy Allison was planning to retire we’re pleased to share that Ian Joynson has been appointed as the next Chief Executive of West Kent Housing Association, joining in early 2026.
