We are pleased to share that following their annual stability check, the Regulator of Social Housing confirmed that West Kent has retained a G1/V2 rating. This indicates compliance with the financial viability and governance elements of the Governance and Viability Standard.

  • G1 is the highest rating for governance, showing we have strong leadership and clear decision-making processes.
  • V2 is a compliant rating for financial viability, meaning we can manage a reasonable range of challenges while keeping a close eye on risks.

These ratings reflect the hard work from teams across West Kent and give us a secure foundation to deliver excellent services, invest in homes, and continue our journey to be Best in Kent.
