We are pleased that following their annual stability check the Regulator of Social Housing confirmed on the 29 November 2023 that West Kent has retained a G1/ V2 grading. This grading indicates compliance with the financial viability and governance elements of the Governance and Viability Standard.

Tracy Allison, Chief Executive at West Kent said, “West Kent remains a financially strong and resilient organisation. The current economic climate remains challenging, but we will continue to invest in our current homes, the communities where we operate and to build new homes. Our retained G1 V2 rating from the Regulator reflects the good risk management and governance we have in place to support us in delivering these plans.”
