We've been shortlisted in this year's commsHERO Awards in two categories

Our communications and marketing team has been recognised for our help for you campaign, that aimed to help change resident's perceptions and raise awareness of the support offered by our teams and partners to combat the cost-of-living crisis.

The campaign has been a collaborative effort, including the input of a variety of teams from across West Kent, all passionate about making a difference, as well as co-production with our resident communications group and resident scrutiny panel.

The awards celebrate individuals and teams in the communications and marketing community who have demonstrated innovation and excellence across the communications sector. We have been announced as finalists for:

  • All the Feels: campaigns that have left a lasting imprint on hearts and minds, driving meaningful engagement and inspiring behavior change.
  • Multi-Channel Campaign: campaigns that have delivered a cohesive, creative message across multiple platforms and formats, demonstrating exceptional strategic thinking and execution using the strengths of each channel to maximise impact while maintaining a clear, unified voice.

The awards take place in October this year. You can find out more about them here: commshero.com/awards-2025/
