We’re pleased to welcome Ian Joynson as our new Chief Executive.

Ian brings many years of experience in and around social housing, including senior leadership roles at housing associations and earlier work supporting the sector through the Regulator of Social Housing and private sector.

One of the first things Ian wanted to share with you is this: “Your voice matters”.

Ian believes we make better decisions when we listen to you and he’s keen to get out and meet as many of you as possible.

Over the next few months, you’ll see him visiting communities across Kent, chatting with residents, and listening to your ideas and experiences.
