Due to Storm Ciarán, power cuts and local flooding is possible from rivers and surface water this week in the South East of England. 

An Amber weather warning for wind and rain has been issued by the Met Office and is expected to be in place until Friday 3 November. 

There is an increased risk that properties could flood, and there could be travel disruption. Here are some tips on what you can do to protect yourself and your home:

During severe weather, we may focus on dealing with emergencies only, so planned appointments may need to be re-arranged for a later date.

If you’re reporting any repairs or damage that has happened as a result of the storm, please let us know when you report it.
