Over the last six months, at West Kent we have reimagined how we can deliver our services and we have fast- tracked some of our existing plans to support our Covid response, in particular improving our customer experience and increasing resident involvement.

Our achievements so far in 2020, our new funding, and the ability to work in joint ventures mean we are now well placed to deliver our ambitious strategic plan.

We’ve published our annual report and accounts for 2024/25 and it reflects a year of meaningful progress, shaped by our commitment to putting residents first. 

 

West Kent Housing Association announces CEO successor

Following the announcement in April that our CEO Tracy Allison was planning to retire we’re pleased to share that Ian Joynson has been appointed as the next Chief Executive of West Kent Housing Association, joining in early 2026.
