The reception area at our Sevenoaks offices will be closed for improvement work from 5.15pm, Wednesday 18 December until 8.45am, Monday 6 January, and from 5.15pm, Tuesday 14 January until 8.45am, Monday 20 January.

If you need to return your keys during this time, you can visit us at Sevenoaks District Council Offices between 9am and 12.30pm, or visit our Swanley office.

Signs will be outside our office and Sevenoaks District Council's office to make sure you can find the team easily.

If you're handing your keys back outside these times, please place them through the letterbox on London Road, Sevenoaks, in a sealed envelope with your name and address clearly written. Please let us know if you're doing this, so we know to expect them.

80% of Sevenoaks reception visitors are not West Kent’s residents. From 6 January 2020, we’re offering a reduced service at Sevenoaks, meaning the customer services team can spend more time dealing with residents’ emails, phone calls and web chat messages.

You can still come in to ask questions about your tenancy, but we’ll help you to find the answers on our website.

Our Swanley office is not changing and will remain open for face to face contact from 9am until 4pm, Monday to Friday.

If you have any questions about the closure, please email help@wkha.org.uk or call 01732 749400.
