Service charge year-end statements for 2025/26
We're starting to send out service charge year-end statements for the period 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026.
Your statement compares what you paid in service charges during the year with what it actually cost to provide services to your building or neighbourhood.
As a result, you may need to pay a little more if costs were higher than expected, or you may receive a credit or refund if costs were lower.
Service charges help pay for things that everyone in a building or neighbourhood shares, such as cleaning communal areas, ground maintenance, communal utilities, and some repairs.
We do not make a profit from service charges. We carry out this review every year to make sure charges reflect the actual cost of the services provided.
