Residents’ Annual Report 2020

2020 was a year like no other, but we did everything we could to maintain our services and deliver on our promises. 

If you would like to see a summary of our services and overall performance in 2020, read our Residents’ Annual Report. It provides a snapshot of our finances, complaints and safety information. It also outlines our community services and has case studies so you can see where West Kent services made a difference.

Partners visit Woodland Place as 106-home development approaches completion

Last week, partners from Homes England, local councils, and other organisations visited Woodland Place to tour the 106-home development and see how the new community is coming together.
