From 6 September, we’re working with a company called Rant and Rave to find out how we’re doing through regular text message and email surveys.

We’ll ask you to rate our service on a scale of one (very dissatisfied) to five (very satisfied) and tell us why you gave that score. It’ll only take a couple of minutes at the most.

Your feedback, whether good or bad, tells us what we need to do to improve things. Any positive feedback we get, we’ll pass on to the person or team involved. So, if we’ve done something right, be sure to let us know too!

All emails will take you to the web page westkentfeedback.org to complete the survey.

If you don’t have a mobile phone or email address, don’t worry. We’ll ask you to complete a survey over the phone after you’ve called us.

From Tuesday 1 July, an organisation called Acuity will be replacing Rant and Rave to deliver our transactional surveys.
