Partner organisations that have contributed to the success of West Kent over the last 30 years were welcomed to an event at Leeds Castle recently. Heather Brightwell, Communities Director

The event marked 30 years as a provider of quality affordable homes and investment in communities. It also gave us the opportunity to say goodbye to our outgoing Chief Executive, Frank Czarnowski and to welcome new Chief Executive Tracy Allison.

Tracy and Frank spoke about West Kent's vision to deliver places to live and space to grow for our current and future residents.

Tracy said:

“This vision remains relevant today and as our Chair Colin Wilby reminded us, the key ingredient for our continuing success is the people - our staff, our Board and importantly the partnership way of working we have together successfully developed. Frank Czarnowski, West Kent's Chief Executive

I am thrilled to be taking up the baton from Frank and leading West Kent into our fourth decade. Our ambitions challenge West Kent to do more - to increase our homes in management, to continue to invest to support thriving Communities, to both modernise our service offer and ready ourselves to reflect changing needs for an ageing society."

Tracy started with West Kent on 4 November, Frank retires at the end of December.
