We've partnered with Better Housing Better Health (BHBH) to support you with your energy bills and keep you warm and safe in your home.

BHBH is a free service that helps keep homes warm and more affordable to live in. Their friendly advisers take the time to understand your situation and find practical ways to help, whether that’s lowering your energy bills, improving your home’s energy efficiency, or finding financial support.

Abigail Daniels, our Financial Inclusion Partnerships Manager, said: "This partnership will help us support vulnerable households facing fuel poverty — ensuring they have access to the resources, advice, and practical help they need to stay warm, safe, and financially resilient."

BHBH's support includes:
  • Help understanding and managing energy bills
  • Advice on improve home energy efficiency
  • Support with debt and applying for financial aid or grants
  • Guidance on tackling damp, mould and condensation
  • Fire safety and carbon monoxide advice
  • Guidance on smart meters
  • Home visits if you need extra support
  • Referrals to other local services.
