From Tuesday 1 July, an organisation called Acuity will be replacing Rant and Rave to deliver our transactional surveys.
The survey questions are the same as before, and we are continuing to ask residents about:
- ASB
- Complaints
- Customer services
- Moving in
- Repairs
- Shared ownership.
Email surveys will now be sent from acuity@arap.co.uk and will show as ‘West Kent Housing Association’. The text surveys will each have a unique mobile number – these are detailed on our Acuity website page.
The email, instead of including a link to a survey, now has satisfaction buttons which once selected, will open a new window for residents to leave a comment about why they left their chosen score.
