We’ve published our newly named and refreshed Residents’ Influence and Impact Report for 2024/25, previously known as the Residents’ Annual Report.

At West Kent, we know that listening to our residents is where meaningful change begins. That's why this year we've taken feedback from our residents and turned it into action.

Our Residents' Influence and Impact Report is put together with residents, for residents. It shares our performance for the last year and shows how our residents’ views and feedback have influenced the services we provide across Kent.

We've focused on improving the timeliness of our repairs service, reducing the number of days to re-let a home, and working with residents to reduce arrears. We’ve also spoken to over 600 residents in the past year to better shape our estate services offer, plus hundreds more residents to help us update policies and drive significant change that makes a real difference across our homes and communities.

This report reflects our commitment to putting residents first, and to building successful communities across Kent.
