Welcome to the first edition of your voice, our action: improving our services

Over the coming months, we'll share updates on improvements we're making to our services, why we're making them, and how resident feedback is shaping our decisions.

Thank you for taking the time to read these updates.

Shaped by your feedback

Through surveys, resident groups and everyday conversations, you've told us you want:

  • information that's easy to find

  • simple ways to contact us

  • an easier way to manage your home

  • services that are available when it suits you.

These priorities are guiding the improvements we're making.

Focusing on what matters most

By looking at the reasons residents contact us most often, we've identified four key areas where improvements can make the biggest differences:

  • finding information about our services

  • paying rent and checking rent accounts

  • reporting and tracking repairs

  • contacting our customer services team.

Our aim is to make these everyday tasks quicker, simpler and more convenient.

Improvements are already underway

We're already working with residents to improve our website, making information and services easier to find.

At the same time, we're upgrading the technology that supports our services. This will help us introduce better online options while continuing to support residents who prefer to contact us by phone or speak to someone directly.

Our goal is simple: to give residents more choice and make it easier to access support when needed.

What this means for you

As improvements are introduced, you should find it easier to:

  • access information quickly

  • find answers to common questions

  • complete routine tasks online

  • contact us when support is needed.

Progress continues at Mills Crescent

Work is continuing at Mills Crescent in Seal, where 13 new affordable homes for rent are being delivered to help meet local housing need.
