We’re carrying out a survey to understand how to support you online and when contacting us.
Between Monday 21 September and Saturday 7 November 2026, Acuity Research & Practice will be contacting 500 residents to gather feedback on your experiences and views of digital technology at West Kent.
Your feedback will directly shape our services and where we focus our efforts to support you.
To help answer some common questions, we’ve put together a list of FAQs.
Are the surveys confidential and anonymous?
The surveys are strictly confidential and, if you wish to remain anonymous, the results can be given back to us without your name attached.
When will Acuity call you?
Acuity only makes calls between 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday, and between 10am and 6pm on Saturdays. Interviewers allow the telephone to ring for a minimum of 25 seconds, or until a voicemail system activates, to ensure residents with mobility issues are given sufficient time to get to the phone.
What telephone number is displayed?
The number displayed will be 01732 901018.
Who should I contact if I have a query that is not addressed here?
If you have any questions about the survey, please contact customer services by email at help@wkha.org.uk or phone on 01732 749400.
Are the surveys in line with data protection and what about quality standards?
Acuity is a company partner member of the Market Research Society (MRS) and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.
In line with the Data Protection Act, Acuity is not permitted to release information to any other organisation or share information with that would allow an individual to be identified without their prior active consent.
