We recently completed a regeneration project in Sundridge, converting outdated garage plots into a new three-bedroom family home.

Thanks to the dedication of our garage coordinator and development manager, the garages have been transformed into a modern, energy-efficient, and affordable family home designed for sustainability. The property has achieved an EPC A rating, the highest possible for energy efficiency and one that is rarely attained.

Anabel Palmer, Director of Development and Partnerships, sums it up perfectly: “Every affordable home we provide matters. Every house we handover becomes a home for a family in need. This is what makes the job worthwhile, no matter how big or small the size of the project.”

This project demonstrates how small, underused sites can be repurposed to benefit the local community and support our commitment to building quality, sustainable homes.

We are proud of everyone involved in delivering this home and delighted for the family who now call it their own.
