Goodbye and good luck to Mark
Mark Leader, Property Director, is leaving after more than 18 years on the Executive Team.
Not only is he leaving West Kent but he is also leaving the country! Mark is pursuing a life changing ambition to live and work abroad, and is moving to Malaysia with his family. Mark has played a key role in the success and growth of West Kent. Most recently increasing our development programme to 280 homes in 2019 and securing a growing new homes pipeline.
