Here are a few top tips on how you can stay warm this week:

Keep your heating on low throughout the day. Keep the doors of unheated rooms open to allow some warmth in.
- Heat yourself if you're worried about the cost of energy - layer up on your clothes, use hot water bottles, blankets, and wear thick socks and slippers.
- Eat regularly and have at least one hot meal a day with plenty of hot drinks.
- Warm yourself up by moving around and avoid sitting for long periods of time.
