We’re proud to share the first homes have been completed at Preston Fields, Faversham – a collection of 54 affordable rent and shared ownership homes.

Nestled in the heart of Faversham, this new development of 46 houses and 8 maisonette-style flats offers the perfect blend of peaceful living and excellent connectivity. Built in partnership with Redrow, each home has been finished to a high specification, offering modern layouts, high-quality finishes and thoughtful design throughout.

We reached an exciting milestone in June, with the first completions of nine homes, marking the start of new beginnings for our residents. On handover day, Chief Executive Tracy Allison visited the site to explore the new homes and review plans for the next phase of ground works, another step forward in creating a thriving new neighbourhood.

The next phase of homes is due to come in Autumn 2025.
