Over the last year, we’ve shared a range of stories to celebrate 35 years of West Kent.

We’ve heard from our residents and shared owners, on what living in a West Kent home means for them, and we’ve heard from our employees and board members, about why they choose to be involved in West Kent.

As we reach the end of our 35 years of West Kent campaign, Tracy, Chief Executive at West Kent, shares her personal highlights and reflects on the key achievements, which have allowed us to create places to live and give people space to grow.

For more information about the campaign, please visit 35 years of West Kent.

Our annual reports and accounts: Investing in homes, supporting communities

We’ve published our annual report and accounts for 2024/25 and it reflects a year of meaningful progress, shaped by our commitment to putting residents first.
