We recently reached the milestone of our 1,000 shared ownership homes through our Church Road development in Otham. These homes offer residents the opportunity to part-buy and part-rent, providing a valuable solution in today’s challenging housing market.

Melanie, a resident in this development, shares her positive experiences with us. After separating from her partner and struggling to find a home, Melanie discovered a lifeline through our shared ownership scheme and says she appreciated the attentive support from our home ownership team and the opportunity for a fresh start.

Melanie's glowing feedback underscores the significant impact of our varied housing options in making the difference in the lives of our residents.
