Dawn is the Employability Training Manager at West Kent. Since joining in 2019, her dedication to helping residents has been inspiring. She has helped them gain skills and confidence. As part of our 35 years of West Kent campaign, we want to highlight her team’s work and how it reflects our vision and values.

In this video, Dawn talks about her role at West Kent. She set up a hybrid training hub. She also supports young people with mental health issues since the pandemic. Her team’s work spans generations. It helps older residents rediscover their skills. It advises those in work poverty. And, it ensures job seekers have access to digital tools.

West Kent's employment and training team helps create stronger, more inclusive communities.
