Tracey Gray

Tracey has extensive experience in the housing sector, leading both strategic and operational services. She is passionate about delivering excellent outcomes for residents, driving improvements in customer service and has a strong track record in housing management, asset strategy and regulatory compliance. Tracey is responsible for our customer service centre, housing teams, including letting our homes and collecting our rent, along with our dedicated older persons services. She is also responsible for the communities team who do important work to support our residents and their communities. Tracey has held senior roles at Paradigm Housing Group, Southern Housing Group, Plymouth Community Homes and Tower Hamlets Council.
