My West Kent, our resident portal, will be unavailable until the end of September 2025.
During this time, you won't be able to access your My West Kent account. You can continue to:
- Log repairs using our website form
- Pay your rent and check your rent account using our secure pay system or the automated payment line: 01732 749442. You will need your tenant reference for this. If you don’t have this, please email us or call 01732 749400 and our team can help you.
- Email us about anything else: help@wkha.org.uk
