Housing management

We are committed to supporting residents to sustain their tenancies wherever possible. In some circumstances, formal action may be necessary, or residents may need to move temporarily while repairs or safety works are carried out.

Evictions in 2025-26:

There were six evictions in total during 2025/26:

  • Two due to anti-social behaviour (ASB)

  • One due to tenancy related issues

  • Three due to rent arrears.

Temporary re-housing for repairs in 2025-26

Sometimes residents need to move to alternative accommodation while essential repairs or safety works are completed in their home.

During 2025-26:

  • 16 temporary moves were carried forward from the previous year

  • 62 new referrals were received

  • 54 new temporary moves began

  • 78 temporary move cases were managed in total.

Information rights and data protection

We take the protection of personal information seriously and aim to respond to information requests quickly. The figures below show our performance from April to June 2026. 

  • Number of data breaches: 6.

  • Number of reportable data breaches: 0.

  • Number of Subject Access Requests received: 12.

  • Subject Access Requests completed on time: 100%.
