Built in 2014, Montgomery Court is our over 55s Extra Care scheme in Wainscott, near Rochester.

Do you need some extra support to help you live independently? Do you or someone you know need the extra peace of mind, reassurance and care that living in an extra care scheme could bring?
We have one, one bedroom with a study, and two bedroom apartments with the benefit of a dedicated housing management team and on-site care services, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Each apartment is self contained with a 24 hour emergency lifeline and door entry system.
You will also have the use of the following communal facilities:
- communal lounge with 75 inch TV and surround sound
- restaurant and lounge (provided by Caterplus, with a Level 5 food hygiene rating)
- hairdresser and therapy room
- on-site shop
- games and library room (with full internet access)
- landscaped communal gardens
- laundry room
- assisted bathroom and therapy room
- scooter parking
- ensuite guest bedroom
- secure door entry system
- Cleaning six days a week by North Kent Cleaning Services.
We have a vibrant, tenant-run social club with lots of activities on offer such as bingo, games, coffee mornings, afternoon teas, film afternoons, raffles, parties, BBQs, evening entertainers, day trips and lots more.
We have joined with The Rochester Independent College to deliver an inter-generational project between the school children and the tenants. This has included pumpkin carving, building bat boxes, poetry recitals and more.
