We’re delighted to announce that our Help for You campaign has won ‘Best Multi-Channel Campaign of the Year’ at thie 2025 commsHERO Awards.

The award recognises campaigns that deliver a cohesive and creative message across multiple platforms, demonstrating exceptional strategic thinking and execution. Judges praised the ability to use the strengths of each channel to maximise impact while maintaining a clear and consistent voice. An award showing West Kent has won 'Best Multi-Channel Campaign' at the commsHERO awards

Our Help for You campaign was created to raise awareness of the wide range of support available to residents and to change perceptions by showcasing how West Kent and our partners can help during the ongoing cost-of-living crisis.

One judge commented: “Changing minds, perception, and messaging is not easy - but with this multi-channel campaign a more caring and human approach was not just adopted but championed. Through research, the team found where their audience were, and through this campaign they met them there. Multiple channels, multiple communications, and one strong message - we’re here for you.”

This success is the result of a truly collaborative effort. The campaign was co-produced with our resident communications group, and shaped by contributions from teams right across West Kent; all passionate about making a difference in our communities.

We were also proud to be named finalists in the ‘All the Feels’ category, which celebrates campaigns that leave a lasting emotional impact, inspire behaviour change, and drive meaningful engagement.
